“MusicBrainz’s database has limitations, such as the inability to catalog album-cover images” clearly shows that standalone coverart script is beyond user understanding. put it into setup and no one ever find that these images are in amazon db actually
I agree that the separate plugin sucks for usability; but perhaps if we had better documentation and “how tos”, clearly linked from the download pages, the problems could be mitigated.

Rate Your Music is a good example for uploading of album covers.
