Another tagger review

Marco Sola pointed out that there is a new Italian review of the tagger. I saw that it mentioned the pending Picard tagger, but that is about all I understood. :-)

    These should really be getting added to the “In The Press” page at http://musicbrainz.org/wd/MusicBrainzPress

    I’ve added this one (and the Post review) but we shouldn’t add these to the blog and forget to update the wikidoc page.
