Picard 0.12.1 hotfix release

Picard 0.12.1 is an important hotfix release. Due to a bug Picard 0.12 deletes all ID3 comment tags (COMM frames) when saving files. In addition this release restores the native file dialog when adding folders on Windows.

Picard 0.12.1 is available for download for Windows and Linux.

I installed it over my previous 0.7.2-2 install. It errors out (with “The application has asked the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way”) every time I try to run it.

Started up fine when I uninstalled and installed it clean. Also, I selected all the plugins this time.
