New NGS data dump available

The 2010-05-11 data dump is now available for import into the NGS codebase. Its been successfully imported by a few people. If you want fresher data for your NGS install, import this data into the most recent codebase.

    Thanks for the new dump but where is the release_meta table (with amazon cover url inside)?
